Blogger Content Policy

Bloggers many time overlook or don’t even know about the Policies they are bounded to when starting a blog. People Just sign up to blogger because it’s free and a way to make money.

There are many Bloggers who like to post anything on the blog and want to derive traffic and earn money that is totally against the Blogger Policy.

Blogger Respect their users ownership of and responsibility for the content they choose to share. It is thier belief that censoring this content is contrary to a service that bases itself on freedom of expression.

Understanding Blogger Content Boundaries

Blogger separate the content which are useful and which are harmful to their respective readers to maintain a good faith in them. They also want that every blog that are being created by their site grow as huge as they can with our any error or without breaking any of their Guideline they made. But many bloggers won’t know that what they can write and what they can’t.

Adult Content

This is the main topic everyone talks about that if blogger allow adult content or not actually they do. Yes they allow adult content including adult video or pornographic pictures. But the blog should be marked under Adult category in your blogger setting.

Some Exceptions for Adult Content

Although blogger allow adult content they got some few exceptions for that those are listed below :

     1.     You can’t use adult content to earn any type of many no Google Adsense. Do not link any ad’s which lead to adult sites.

     2.     No incest or bestiality content. They do not allow image, video or test content that encourages both.

Safety for Child

Blogger have zero tolerance against exploitation of Children. These include:-

Child Pronography

Paedophilia

Hate Speech

Blogger allow you to express your views on any matter or topic and even on controversial content. But expect from you to not cross the line and convert them in Hate Speech against and Individual or Company.

Crud Content

Blogger is strictly against the article containing any picture which have any heart stopping graphic like close wound shots or accident shorts from which any type of cause occurs to their readers.

Violence

You can’t threaten any individual or company. For example by posting like you will be dead or something like this that insecure the readers. Doing so your blog will be banned right away.

Copyright

Blogger Take Copyright thing very seriously. And you can’t provide any download link that is not subjected to be given away without proper authorization. For example: Music, Move, Games from Torrent, etc.

Impersonation Other

Yes blogger have the rule against this also. You can’t impersonate other and make people think that you are someone else. For example : you can’y make a blog for any famous personal and blogging about him on your behalf tell that u are him.

Spamming

Now, Spamming can be of any from like some blog which is designed to derive traffic to blogs etc. Doing Commenting for blog promotion is also a form of spamming in the eyes of Blogger.

Enforcement of Blogger Policy

If Any of the above Term is found violation any blogger policy take the following action as per the violation:-

  §  Put the blog behind a 'mature content' interstitial

  § Put the blog behind an interstitial where only the blog author can access the  content

  §  Delete the offending content, blog post or blog

  §  Disable the author's access to his/her Blogger account

  §  Disable the author's access to his/her Google account

  §  Report the user to law enforcement
